Refunds & Returns
At Thorawell we have a 30-day return policy to ensure you love Hyperveda, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We get it, everyone's body is different and our formula might not work for some people.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thorawell.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and you will receive a refund* (minus a shipping and handling fee of $4.95). If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, you will not be charged a shipping and handling fee.
*Returns are applicable only for continental US orders. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and international orders are final sales.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Special cases
If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, we’ll refund your first order in full, under certain circumstances.
If you performed your purchase during the Holidays, between December 24 and December 31, you have 45 days after the purchase date to request a return at hello@thorawell.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
